Getting started
What does Boomoid sell?
One-off growth packages: followers, likes, views, comments and plays on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, Spotify and LinkedIn. You pick a service and a size, give us a public link and pay once. Nothing renews and there is no subscription to cancel later. Every service has its own page with all its sizes and prices.
Do you need my password?
No, and no form on this site asks for one. An order only needs something public: the profile, post, video or track it is for. Anyone asking for your login in our name is not us.
Do I have to create an account?
No. Checkout asks for one email address, which receives the receipt and the order updates. That email and the order number are enough to track an order, ask for a refill or reach support later.
Is it safe for my account?
We never log in, so an order cannot change anything inside your account: it only adds to public counts, at a steady pace rather than all at once. Each platform writes its own rules about paid growth and we cannot speak for them, so read the ones that apply to your account before you order.
Can anyone tell the numbers were bought?
Delivered followers and likes carry no label; they arrive like any others. The accounts behind them look more convincing on the higher tiers, which is the main reason VIP and Elite exist. A count that climbs with no posts or activity behind it can look odd, whoever delivered it.
How do I choose a package size?
Every service page lists each size with its total and its price per 1,000 (or per comment), so the sizes compare at a glance. Unsure? Start small: you can add another package later, and each order is delivered on its own.
Links and usernames
Which link do you need?
It depends on what the service delivers to. Followers, subscribers, profile visits and story views go to a profile or channel; likes, views, shares, saves and comments go to one post, video or track. Checkout names the field for each package and shows the kind of link it expects.
Can I paste a link instead of typing my username?
Yes, on every service. The checkout field takes either one: type @username and we look the account up and show it to you, or paste the full link (https://…) and it is used exactly as given, with no lookup. If a lookup ever fails, the "Have the link? Paste it instead" row opens a plain link field.
How do I copy the right link?
In most apps it is Share, then Copy link, on the profile or on the post itself. The support centre has a short guide for each platform and shows what each kind of address looks like.
Can one package be split across several posts?
On the services that offer it, yes. Once the lookup shows your posts, pick more than one and the package is shared out evenly between them, as long as each post still gets the service's minimum. A pasted link always takes the whole package.
My profile is private. What happens?
Delivery has to be able to see the profile or post, so a private one pauses the order. Make it public again and delivery carries on from where it stopped. Keep it public until the order completes.
I gave the wrong link. Can it be changed?
Write to [email protected] with your order number as soon as you notice. If delivery has not started, the link can usually be corrected; anything already delivered stays where it went.
Can I change my username while an order runs?
Better not. The order follows the link you gave, so a renamed account or a deleted post leaves it with nowhere to deliver. Wait for the order to complete, then change whatever you like.
Delivery
When does delivery start?
At the earliest, 30 min after the payment is confirmed; some services take longer to begin. Each service page shows its own start time and its pace.
How long does an order take?
It depends on the service and the size. The daily pace is printed on each service's page, so a bigger package simply runs for longer at the same steady rate.
Why isn't everything delivered at once?
A count that jumps overnight looks wrong to people and to platforms alike. Spreading delivery out keeps the growth closer to the way accounts normally gain followers and views.
How do I check an order's progress?
Open track order and enter your order number with the email you paid with. It shows the payment and how far each package in the order has got. The order number is in the confirmation email.
What do the order statuses mean?
Awaiting payment means the payment is not confirmed yet; Preparing and Pending mean it is paid and queued; In progress means it is delivering; Partial means some of it could not be delivered and support sorts out the rest; Completed means all of it arrived. The support centre goes through each one.
My order has not moved. What should I do?
First check that the profile or post is still public and the link still opens. If it does and the order has been still for longer than its page says, write to [email protected] with the order number: we look into it and get it moving again, redeliver it or refund what cannot be delivered.
Tiers and quality
What is the difference between High Quality, VIP and Elite?
The accounts an order comes from. High Quality uses real-looking profiles and is the base price. VIP and Elite draw on stronger accounts, with photos, posts and activity, which hold up better; they cost more. Every package shows its price at each tier, and pricing lays them side by side.
Which tier should I pick?
High Quality when the number is what matters. VIP or Elite when people will look closely at the accounts behind it, for example on a profile you show to brands or clients. You can switch tiers on the service page before adding the package.
Will the numbers drop later?
Some drop happens on every platform as accounts are cleaned up or removed over time. That is what the refill is for: within 30 days of delivery completing, a drop below what you bought is topped back up free.
Will this bring me reach or sales?
We can't promise that, and we don't. What we deliver is the count you ordered, on the link you gave. A stronger count can help a good post or profile get noticed, but what happens next depends on your content and on the platform.
Refills, refunds and cancellations
How does the refill guarantee work?
If a delivered count falls below what you bought within 30 days, we top it back up for free, on every tier. It covers every service except Instagram Story Views and YouTube Watch Hours, where nothing stays behind to refill. Ask on the refill form with your order number, or email [email protected].
When do the 30 days start?
When delivery completes, not when you order. The request has to reach us inside that window, so send it as soon as you see a drop.
How long does a refill take?
Once a request is approved, the refill is normally under way within 24–48 hours. The refill form checks the order before it sends the request, which saves a round of emails.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You can ask for your money back within 30 days of buying if you are not happy with the order, and UK consumers can also cancel within 14 days while delivery has not started. Approved refunds go back the way you paid, usually within 5–7 business days. The conditions are in the refund policy.
Can I cancel an order?
Within 5 minutes of ordering, and before processing begins, for a full refund. After that, contact support straight away: if delivery has not started, cancelling is usually simple; if it has, what was already delivered is taken into account and the rest may be refunded.
Payment and pricing
How can I pay?
By card, and in USDT when the crypto option is open; a USDT payment covers one package at a time and has a minimum, both shown at checkout. A Boomoney balance from refer & earn can pay for an order too. Checkout only offers the methods that are open at that moment.
Which currency are prices in?
US dollars. The checkout total is the amount charged; if your card is in another currency, your bank converts it and may add its own fee.
Do you have discount codes?
When a code is running, enter it at checkout before you pay. It is checked on our side and the discount shows in the total, so the figure on the button is what you pay.
Does everyone pay the same price?
Yes. A price does not change with who is looking or how often you visit, and nothing is shown crossed out against an invented 'was' price. The price on the service page is the price at checkout, before any code you add.
Is my card payment secure?
The card number is typed into our payment provider's form over an encrypted connection and goes straight to them. Boomoid never sees or stores it.
Will I get a receipt?
Yes. Once payment clears, a confirmation with your order number and what you bought goes to the checkout email. Can't find it? Look in the spam folder, or track the order with its number.
Privacy and your data
What information do you keep?
What an order needs: your email, the packages you bought, the public links they were for and the payment record (amount and status, never card numbers). Order and payment records are kept for six years because UK tax law requires it. The privacy policy has the full list.
Will you send me marketing emails?
Only if you tick the box for them at checkout; it starts unticked. Each one has an unsubscribe link. Emails about your own order come either way.
Can I ask you to delete my data?
Yes, by emailing [email protected]. We erase what we have no legal reason to keep and tell you what has to stay, such as the payment records tax law requires.
Boomoney
What is Boomoney?
Store credit. It builds up as cashback on completed orders and when someone buys with your refer & earn code, and it can pay for later orders at checkout. The current rates are on the refer & earn page.
Support
How do I reach support?
Write to [email protected] or use the contact form; support runs 24/7. Put your order number in the first message and we can look it up straight away.
What is a BMT number?
Your support ticket's number. It is in the email we send when you write to us, and together with your email it opens the conversation on find my ticket, where you can read replies and answer them.
Will support ever ask for my password or a code?
Never: no password, no login code and no card details, by email, in a ticket or in a direct message. If a message asking for them claims to be from us, don't reply to it, and forward it to us.
