To place an order:

• you must be at least 18;
• you must own the account the order is for, or have its owner's permission;
• the details you give at checkout — your email and the links for each package — must be accurate.

Boomoid sells one-time growth packages for social media accounts: followers, likes, views, comments and similar counts, delivered to a public profile, post, video or track. Each package states its size, quality tier and price before you pay.

Orders are delivered from third-party accounts through our suppliers. We never need your password or access to your account, and we never post or change anything on it.

Boomoid is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any social network named on the site.

Each social network sets its own rules, and some discourage or prohibit paying for engagement. A platform may remove delivered counts, limit an account's reach or take other action at its own discretion. We cannot control those decisions, and it is your choice whether an order is right for your account.

Where a delivered count drops within the refill period, the refill guarantee in our refund policy applies.

While an order runs:

• keep the profile, post, video or track public until it completes;
• don't change the username or delete the content the order is for;
• use the correct link — an order sent to a wrong or private link stalls, and may not qualify for a refund once delivery has started.

Prices are in US dollars and shown in full before checkout; the total at checkout is what you are charged. VIP and Elite cost more than High Quality for the same package, and the difference is printed on every package.

Card payments are processed by our payment provider and cryptocurrency payments by a crypto payment processor. We never see or store your full card details.

Your bank or card issuer may add its own charges, such as currency conversion fees. Those are outside our control.

Delivery starts from 30 min after payment clears, then continues at the pace shown for the service. Start windows and pace are estimates, not guarantees: platform changes, demand and account settings can affect them.

If an order cannot start or cannot be completed, you are entitled to a full or partial refund as set out in our refund policy.

A 30-day refill applies to every service except Instagram Story Views and YouTube Watch Hours. Every order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, and UK consumers have a 14-day right to cancel before delivery starts. The full terms are in our refund policy.

If there is a problem with an order, please contact us before disputing the payment with your bank. Most issues are resolved faster directly, and the refund policy gives you a route to a full refund.

If a payment is disputed without contacting us first, we may share the order's delivery records with the payment provider, and we may decline further orders from the same details.

We deliver the counts you order, at the pace shown, from accounts that match the tier you paid for. We do not promise reach, sales, engagement from the delivered accounts, monetisation approval, or any change in how a platform ranks your content.

Delivered counts can move afterwards for reasons outside our control, such as platform clean-ups; the refill guarantee covers eligible drops within 30 days.

If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or of our failure to use reasonable care and skill. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited under English law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

When you use Boomoid, you agree not to:

• order for an account you don't own or have permission to act for;
• use the service in connection with content that is illegal, harassing or deceptive;
• interfere with the site, the checkout or other customers' orders.

We may refuse or cancel an order that breaks these rules, and refund anything not delivered.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to an order is the one on this page when you placed it; the date at the top shows the last change.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. Before going to court, please contact us — most problems are solved quickly.
